Merry Christmas!

Dear Reader,

Sorry for the late article! I had a very busy Christmas weekend.

Merry Christmas, and may you have a happy New Year! I hope you had a great Christmas. I certainly did.

So Guardians of Ashith (as you probably noticed) is not being published for Christmas this year. I actually think this works out well, because it’s giving me a chance to double-check it and make sure it’s as good as it can be before it’s published. I made five copies of it and sent it to a few friends and family members, so that they could “beta-read” it. So far there hasn’t been much I’ve needed to change.

As for the next release date– it’ll either be in the last week of April or in one of the first two weeks of May. If you’d like to be a beta-reader and give an opinion on it before it’s published, contact me at annecaitlin@annecaitlin.com. I’ll send you a Word file copy of it, and you can tell me what you think. Thank you!

Speaking of release dates, I have been planning for awhile to start an Etsy shop. I’ll be selling various homemade crafts on it– clay jewelry, to start out with. I’ll expand the collection from there. I plan on launching the shop (and, hopefully, an accompanying website) the same time as I publish Guardians of Ashith. I’ve narrowed the name of the shop down to two choices. Please vote in the comments which name you like better:

Option One:    CaitlinCrafts

Option Two:    CaitlinsCraftCenter

Thank you! I hope you will enjoy the shop.

In honor of its opening, I will be making a charm bracelet for Guardians of Ashith, which will be available for purchase when the shop opens. However, this will be a limited edition. Be on the lookout for it in May 2018!

Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year. I hope you are enjoying the holidays!

Don’t forget to give your thoughts and your vote in the comments below! I’ll see you there.

    1. I’d like it to be! I am able to make the crafts, and enjoy making them. Even though Etsy is fairly simple, quick, and easy to use, there’s still a lot I have to learn and it’s smart to figure out taxes and keep good accounts. If you would be interested in seeing it, I’ll reconsider starting one! 🙂

      1. Running a business takes a lot. I have a friend who ran an Etsy business and a lot more went into it than I had first thought! I think taking it slow is a good choice, you don’t want to rush into something
